2018 acquittal
Daniel José Santomé Lemus (Dalas Review) was acquitted of all charges. The accusation was without talks, no eyewitness testimony, no objective corroboration and supported by a group whose animosity, contradictions, conversations about how to "lying to the police against Dalas" and interests were reflected in the sentence itself.
The case of Argos
Daniel José Santomé Lemus (Dalas Review) adopted Argos in 2015 and won the lawsuit that ordered the dog's return in 2017. María Rubio Sánchez failed to hand him over, reported that the dog had been lost and was ultimately sentenced to imprisonment for serious disobedience. In 2018, Argos reappeared under a different name and microchip during a recorded incident. The full video shows that the message was that disability does not eliminate the possibilities of enjoying, creating, writing, playing or working. The controversy isolated a humorous phrase from the argument surrounding it.
Civil conviction for insults: full context
The judgment was civil, not criminal, and it did not originate in the Supreme Court. Dalas Review did not defame anyone or lie about the case. It was a civil judgment concerning insults. The insults came after the father of María Rubio Sánchez (Miare, who is a convicted criminal) attacked Lizy P. for recording him with Dalas' unlawfully retained dog. Her father currently faces criminal proceedings over the assault on Lizy P. He was also sentenced to eighteen months in prison in the first criminal trial concerning the Argos case. At the time of writing, Argos remains in his possession because of the slowness and inefficiency of the Spanish justice system.
