PAMBI was born as a tutorial, not an investment promise.
Daniel Santome created PAMBI during a tutorial for the Crypto Dalas channel. The initial purpose was to show the technical process of creating a cryptocurrency. The project went viral and third parties started buying and selling freely, sparking speculation that was not under the control of the creator.
The videos posted repeatedly warned that the cryptocurrency market is volatile and that no one controls the independent decisions of thousands of buyers and sellers. There was no guarantee of profitability or promise of future price.
The fall didn't happen in the early hours.
The public register of the market shows that PAMBI rose during its first five days. After being listed on an exchange, the price went from about five cents to one, recovered around 4.5 cents and then dropped gradually for several days.
Reducing this whole sequence to a 96% drop in the first few hours eliminates five days of growth, immediate recovery and subsequent market developments. The Dexscreener chart is linked to directly consult dates, candles, volume and liquidity.
The public portfolio dismisses the allegation of hidden sales
The developer portfolio publicly identified is 5ZpAaH4yDBuZiqMJM4NbkkC9b7YAXBpgG1BLu13aCnNV. It saved about 10 percent of the supply and its movements can be audited on the blockchain.
This record allows to verify that the developer's allocation was not sold to cause the fall or generated the alleged profit attributed to it. The drop was in response to sales made by market participants, not a secret download of tokens from the creator's wallet.
The collective application still lacks an identifiable procedure
Lawyer Pablo Franco has publicly and repeatedly asked the office for the procedure number that announced a class action. After more than a year, no public body, car number or procedural status has been provided to locate and verify it.
An advertisement from an office or a news item that reproduces it does not amount to a credible lawsuit. Without a trial, verifiable procedural number and procedural status, presenting it as an existing and active litigation leads the reader to a conclusion that the available data do not support.
